Oct 03, 2012 My virgin foray into eCommerce My previous experience as an internet entrepreneur had been in providing services online, shying away from the hassle of delivering/ fulfilling goods and orders, and my perceived lack of scaleability of the business model. However, having gone through trials and tribulations of providing services online, and having seen the huge successes of local companies such as Reebonz.com, and reading Four Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss, I will now like to try eCommerce. Right at this moment, SingTel offered me a position to join their marketplace platform, I jumped at the opportunity. Part of my job description is to create a shop on shopify (yay!), and perhaps even try for the million dollar build-a-business contest. Maybe I will even get a chance to be mentored by Tim Ferriss himself! If you have any ideas on how I can improve my store, stock up on certain items that you are looking for, do let me know! Yinghan
